1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Wizard Concrete & Tiling ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services and Quotes

2.1 Service Provision

We provide concrete and tiling services including but not limited to:

• Concrete laying and finishing
• Tile installation and repair
• Paving solutions
• Artificial grass installation
• Related maintenance services

2.2 Quotes and Estimates

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from date of issue unless otherwise specified
• Quotes are based on visible conditions and may be adjusted after site inspection
• Final pricing may vary if project specifications change
• A 50% deposit is typically required to secure booking dates

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due as per the agreed schedule in your contract
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards (2.5% surcharge applies to credit card payments)
• Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month
• Materials remain our property until full payment is received

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled work may incur a fee of up to 25% of the quoted price
• Rescheduling requires at least 72 hours notice
• We reserve the right to cancel contracts if unsafe working conditions are present

5. Warranties and Guarantees

• Workmanship warranty: 5 years on structural concrete, 2 years on tiling
• Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and vary by product
• Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or natural events
• Warranty claims must be made in writing within 14 days of issue discovery

6. Property and Access

• Client is responsible for providing safe and clear access to work areas
• We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities
• Client must advise of any special site conditions (heritage listings, easements, etc.)

7. Limitations of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the value of the contract
• We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages
• We carry $5 million public liability insurance
• Claims must be made within 3 months of work completion

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including logos, designs, text, and images are our property or licensed to us and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Website Use

• Content is for general information only and subject to change
• We are not responsible for third-party links
• User accounts must not be shared
• Prohibited activities include hacking, spamming, or automated scraping

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Major changes will be communicated to active clients.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Western Australia.
